Currently, we offer at least one free standard shipping* method for all orders in over 1500 €. If the total value of the order is less than 1500 €, the shipping cost will start from 25€ depending on the weight, volume and shipping destination of the items.• International shipping.
For non-European Union countries the shipping cost, starting from 80 €, is based on the destination, weight and volume of the parcel. To see shipping cost add the item(s) of your choice to your shopping cart and proceed to the checkout.Delivery times:
Delivery time is within 1-4 weeks since Your order is being placed. It depends on ordered item and destination. Once Your order is packaged, we will send You an email with Your tracking information.For the products to be eligible for a refund, you must return them to us within 14 calendar days of your ADA (Actual Delivery Date).
The items must be unopened and in their original condition. You will be responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipping. The order will be refunded within 14 days after the items have been shipped back to our warehouse.
If our products arrive damaged, please contact us right away! We will pay for the return shipping as well as a replacement product. OR You can get a full refund within 14 days after the items have been shipped back to our warehouse.
